the rest of my food was great surprisingly but the new Po sundae they have was so disappointing. they gave me so little. The picture in the menu and at the store and on the app shows the ice cream cup filled all the way to the too, mine looked nothing like that and it was half empty. why skimp out so much like if its coming out of ur paycheck ?

The two times I have visited, they always give me the wrong order.Today the sandwich that was bacon, didn't come with bacon. And before leaving the premises I had to go to the drive thru a second time to order the drink.

BK used to be my favorite fastfood place to go until I switched to another resto. Their junior chicken sandwich was delicious to my taste back then. Today it tasted different, not anymore the sandwich I love ordering before. I also ordered the sundae and it is still a creamy delight.

Too hot in the children's playing area!!As I said before, in Laredo the AC in ALL restaurants is for the cooking/prep areas, the customers don't matter to much.Kid-friendliness: Nice playground, but no AC running in that area...I feel for the little ones.

The burgers taste great and the staff are very friendly..awesome place.
Very dirty lobby. Then you see employees just chatting standing there not doing anything. .Instead of taking care of the lobby. I would do drive thru all the time at this BK, but this time I decided to get off and eat. As you walk on its smells bad. Trash on the floor , sticky floors, and the soft drink area dirty and ketchup splattered everywhere.

I've come here many times with my kids and service has never failed us. they always have everything on the menu, play area is always clean and they are always kid friendly by giving my kids bk crowns. I've tried taking my kids to other fast food playareas but they pale in comparison to this location and the other bk places! keep up the food work ;)

My experience at this location was bad all the way you go threw drive window they never seem to hear you or understand you even though you repeat 5 time yet still the order is wrong you complain to the manager they too break the promise they mentioned like in case Manager promise to remake all 3 meals with drinks including the Icee ...the meals were ok and drinks...but she completely forgot about the Icee she was going to be including so how are the employees going to learn the wrong doing if the Manager is doing the same thing ....
