Went today at 6:51 through drive through and ordered a #1 and a kids meal and when I got home all there was in kids meal bag was the cheese burger and fries, no toy for my grandson who was waiting to see what toy he was getting, I called store 15 times and no answer, these workers should check the orders placed in bags and make sure everything is in there especially in the kids meal because toys are really what the kids want, I am so disappointed in this restaurant and don’t understand why they don’t answer the phones it’s not like they were busy because when I went there was only one car in front of me and one behind and still seem to mess up on orders, and kids meal came in a bag not the box that comes out on tv!!!!

It's ok, went for dinner around 9pm, it was empty no customers inside, the food was average/ok, the soda was lacking flavor/syrup, no ketchup was in the ketchup bin had to wait to ask for some, employees seem to go away from the counter. The play area was lacking games and it was dirty and sticky. Other than that it was ok.

I ordered a plain hot coffee and got charged for someone else’s order, they had only one person ahead of me, when I told the lady at the window she charged me wrong, she took back my card and the receipt and gave me my refund then proceeded to give me back her name tag with the receipt instead of my debit card, I asked what she gave me and she laughed and said it was hers, due to this issue taking up the extra time I had before work, I got to work late, I would have understood if they had been packed but they didn’t have people ahead just one car waiting infront of me, if I hadn’t paid attention I would have left being charged incorrectly or with out my bank card, very disappointed and dissatisfied.
