Check your order before leaving drive thru. Eveytime we oder from this burger king, they forget items or give us the wrong item. They are super nice about making it right, but it is really disappointing and inconvenient to have to park, check the items recieved and go back in to let them know about the issue. Also, you will get no napkins. nor ketchup in the drive thru. You need to ask for it.

Drive thru order was horrible for the most part. The new smokehouse burger was a joke. The nuggets, 1 order was fresh, 1 order was not fresh at all, the 3rd order was stale. The drinks were the opposite of how I ordered them. I put pics of the new burger, how it came, it didnt have pickles and I forgot it came with brisket until I picked at the cheese.

The service in this establishment was beyond bad I had stayed in the front counter for at least 10 to 15 minutes before I had an employee come and take my order. The food was well also they forgot to add my ketchup packets and my straws. Overall, this Burger King is one of the worst Burger King. I’ve been to.

The drive through screen wasn't completely working so I couldn't see the full menu. I was asking about the new burger being offered . For the dragon movie. The drive through female who has pink hair was being very rude kept telling me .NO ...to me.asking about the burger . She told me 3 times NO as an answer for my question. Until I kept insisting that I wanted that meal. I went up to the window to pay she looked at me rudely and just waited to charge me took a few minutes . I could tell she was doing it on purpose making me wait. Employees who do not wish to work should make room for those who actually want to work. Managers should really pay attention to how their employees are treating customers.

Refused to put the deal order I had placed even though they had each those individual items. Being lazy idiotic people instead of taking the extra minute to put it together. Lost a 50 dollar order in a 3 minute span and the guy on front of me didn't look happy with these employees either.
Got my meal right before they closed. MY FRIES ARE SO COLD!!! IM SO DISAPPOINTED

I ordered the Family Bundle and took it home. (discount ticket)
The process of ordering was pretty smooth and I had no problems with the staff's response, but the contents of the items I ordered were a little strange.
As soon as I received it, I ate a few fries and they were almost cold.
I'm willing to give up on the fact that the fries were cold, but when I got home and ate the Whopper, it was pretty weird, and there was no gravy from the patty, so I couldn't say it was very tasty.
By the way, Burger King is generally good, so if you go, I recommend somewhere else ()
