From the slow apathetic service, to the comically warped tables, to the small portions of lackluster food, this place is a Must-Miss. Please respect yourself enough to not waste your time or money here. On a positive note, the decor is peaceful and relaxing, which probably helps calm down ignored customers who are angry about waiting an hour at half-pipe-shaped tables for terrible food that wasn’t even what they ordered.

This was, without question, one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in quite some time. At first glance, the atmosphere gives the impression of being warm and inviting, but that quickly fades upon closer look. The tables are warped and uneven from clear neglect, weather damage, and misuse—something that should have been addressed long ago if the restaurant truly cared about the dining environment.
Unfortunately, the service only amplified the disappointment. The amount of time it took just to place an order was unnecessarily long, and the wait for the food to actually arrive was even more frustrating. What should have been a relaxed brunch experience turned into an exercise in patience, with no sense of urgency or attentiveness from the staff.
The quality of the food did nothing to redeem the experience. The prices charged are far from justified when compared to the lackluster flavors, mediocre presentation, and overall poor value delivered. When a restaurant promotes itself as offering the “best brunch in town,” expectations are naturally raised. Yet, what I received was the exact opposite—far from that claim and certainly not worth recommending.
Overall, between the neglected environment, unreasonably slow service, and food that fails to meet even basic standards, I would strongly caution others to look elsewhere. There are far better options that respect both your time and your money.

I was disappointed to find that the restaurant is engaging in false advertising. I enjoy drinking all-natural juices, so I specifically asked the waitress if the orange juice was freshly squeezed, and she assured me it was. However, when my 10-ounce orange juice arrived, it tasted like it had come straight from a store-bought bottle. There is nothing wrong with serving concentrated juices, but honesty and accurate menu descriptions are important.
In addition, both the chilaquiles and the Ranchero breakfast plate were served cold, which affected the overall experience. While the waiter was pleasant, when I inquired again about the orange juice, she admitted it was not freshly squeezed.
I understand that the cost of ingredients and operations is high, but I feel the menu prices here are excessive for the quality and service provided. There seem to be many elegant-looking restaurants opening lately, but appearance should match the quality of the food and service—unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit.

Pretty disappointed with how my order was handled today. I went for lunch with my wife and mother and ordered the Betuka Chicken breast. Halfway through, I found and even chewed through raw chicken. When I told the staff, they insisted on replacing it or packing it to go, which I didn’t want, I’d rather get a refund. They said they’d discount it, but only took off $5. After this experience, I won’t be coming back.

Went for brunch, food was ok the service was bad. We waited for 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Asked twice for drinks that never came. Our table was never checked on.There was only 2 waiters for various tables so I don’t blame them.We ordered 3 plates of chilaquiles and all the sides of avocados on the plates were very extremely unripe. Bad experience not going back.

I went with my family to eat, and I noticed cockroaches in the kitchen. I felt disgusted and decided to leave. Never coming back.

Not great. Waiter was nice but slow. Brought coffee super late. Never brought sugar. Asked for tortillas. Food got cold before he brought tortillas.

The portion of the food is really small, $22 chilaquiles for a very small portion and kitchen/server forgot to put the beans on the plate
