Received horrible customer service over the phone after not receiving an item I PAID FOR. Woman on the phone talked to me like I was stupid, and insisted the item was in the bag when it obviously wasn’t. Horrible experience would not recommend.

I placed an order on 12/2/25 and, upon returning home, discovered that one item was missing. I promptly called the restaurant and informed them about the issue. The representative repeatedly insisted that I check my bag, claiming that it was the first item they had packed. Ultimately, I was charged for an item that I had not received. Bad Customer Service!!!!!

The food is fresh, delectable and a very exquisite creative ceviche combinations. And you won't be disappointed with the micheladas and Clamatos. Great atmosphere. Definitely coming back for more.
