Bad customer service the employees are rude And is like they don't care for the client .wrong order and I'm paying for a service. I expect good customer service. Never go there again

This was excellent! The fries alone are incredible. My son and I got the classic Philly combo with the lemonade. Lemonade that was incredible on its on. Just fries and lemonade is incredible here even before you get to the Philly itself. Service was great with a smile. I highly recommend this location.

They were slow taking orders and serving them. The food was mediocre. But the worst thing is they gave my food to the customer after me. I watched him open it and tell them it was not his. I tried to get their attention that it was probably mine but they didn't see me. He returned just minutes later with the same food box and the rest of my order. I didn't complain because I seen that the other customer did not touch my food and I hate the thought of pissing off the cook and they spit in your food! I just felt it should have been remade without me asking for it. The employees were not rude but not really friendly so I didn't feel comfortable complaining.

After they gave me my order, I asked a young man who was giving the orders if he could give me ketchup and mayonnaise, he answered me reluctantly and with a bitter face that the ketchup was outside, I took it and was waiting for it. He gave me my mayonnaise and he never gave it to me, I said can you give me mayonnaise please? And with an annoyed face, he almost threw them at me. I told him that if he didn't like his job, he should change jobs. I don't know why they have such rude people working there, when there are people who could perhaps do a better job performance.

Their service hours are 10 pm. I arrived to place my order at 9:30 and they told me that it was already closed. I told them that they closed at 10 and they said yes, but that they wanted to leave early.

Hubby ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and cheese-bacon fries; I got the Chicken Cheesesteak. Relatively fast service. Fries were tasty but my chicken cheesesteak was a bit bland.
It was pretty good mostly, a little bit salty in my opinion, I got the chicken teriyaki sandwich with the gourmet fries (cheese & bacon), the staff was very kind and fast, the deserve the best

I ordered throw Uber eats someone had taken my order before the driver had gotten there. So they remade it I got my order and it was all messed up who put lettuce tomato and dill pickles on a cheese steak I had added extra cheese and mushroom. My cheese steak is falling apart it's soggy and not how I ordered it.
