Awful. I asked for fries and the fries had smeared ketchup on it even though I asked for no ketchup. My drink was also forgotten. I asked for 1 Dr Pepper and messed up and gave me a Powerade after I complained that they forgot my drink.

Took forever to give me a kids meal around 20 minutes i kept seeing everyone that ordered after me get orders left to right and i was just waiting for one single thing, i don’t feel like it should take that long.
Curbside at the loop location apparently means, order 8-10 mins in advance, then wait another 5-10 mins parked at curbside and then get down to find out your food isn’t ready to go. 10-12 employees behind the counter, one car in the drive thru… clearly not paying attention. This place needs to act more like Chick Fil A.
