Took my daughter for lunch. First time actually eating in at this location and it was very good. Food was excellent, service was quick. Plenty of seating even during busy lunch time. What was really nice was the lady who tends to guests while their eating. She saw my little girl and noticed that she had a broken finger in a splint, softball injury, and gave her a Chick-fil-A stuffed cow ornament. So nice and my daughter was so happy. Beat drive thru service in town. No one best their efficiency. However, it does get backed up to the street. I suggest to add a second lane so that you don't need to merge. That slows down the pace.
The best customer service ALWAYS no matter how packed their drive-thru gets and no matter how HOT it is outdoors. Perhaps, the company can add some type of cooler outside due to the Excruciating Heat in Laredo, TX.???
