Worse Chic Fil A ever!! First, they didn’t turn in my order correctly. Once home, I noticed so I drove back to find out they’re sold out of the item I ordered. When I spoke to the manager she gave me zero solution saying she can’t control that. If the manager can even make sure the orders are complete, maybe it’s time to change managers or make sure you turn in complete orders!!!

Terrible service!!! And the "Manager" with a very bad attitude and has no idea what customer service is, her name is Danieth. I recommend that you choose your employees better since they are the face of your Chick Fil A. They charge me more and he gets upset when I tell them one, he laughs mockingly and their response is: well, it was no way a mistake, in fact You will get your money back in 3 days. ?

Went Friday 1/19/24 what has happened to cfa ? What kind of establishment are they running here ? No more greeting ? No my pleasure ? They have forgotten what cfa is about. If they mess up, no one there wants to pay for their mistakes. I asked for a large spicy deluxe combo LARGE and they don’t give me a large beverage ? Looks like your employees aren’t trained properly and love to give a hard time when I ask for condiments. I hope cfa can go back to the good service they’re supposed to have.
