This place is amazing! The food is unique to the area and the birria tacos are to die for. They may take some time to serve you (and they let you know ahead of time) but that is only because the food is freshly made, but I can tell you that the wait is totally worth it. Try it, you wont be disappointed!
First time here and the owner tells me that he is related to the owner of Lala's in Mirando City. That has been there for over 50 years and was featured on The Texas Bucket list. I have had a craving for chalupas and was surprised to find them in the menu. The tortilla is shaped not like the traditional round, it is oblong and guess what, when you bite into it, you don't get it on the sides of your mouth. The refried beans and rice was excellent. The food is great but the waitress lack in manners. Due to the service in bad waitress, we are considering not to go back.One of the waitress cleaned the floor that had a spilled food and then cleaned the table with the same rag.Spoke to the owner and he is aware of the problem.
