Even with a full bar, Samot kept the energy up, held great conversation, and gave top-tier service. You can tell he truly loves what he does. Had a party of 9 and the waiter was a waste of time. Waited 20 minutes for a high chair, after I waited long enough I got up myself and got the high chair myself. The manager came up to me and asked if I was fine. How am I going to be okay after a baby has been waiting for food? No comps or nothing.
The waiter took too long to understand what we needed to order, and never assisted us with refills. It was the worse service I’ve had at a chilis to this point.
