Chipotle Mexican Grill is an excellent option for a quick meal. They provide the convenience of both dine-in service and online ordering with quick pickup services.

Paid $34 for a burrito for extra meat options just for these workers to give me a burrito that’s a size of a toddlers sock. Never ordering from here again.

I stopped tonight to buy my favorite burrito and I was very disappointed to see that they were out of roasted veggies and I asked if they have anymore and she just knotted her head indicating no. I felt deceived when I see all these commercials from chiplote stating that everything is fresh. I stopped at 8:25 P:M and I asked on the closing time and they said 11:00 P:M. Employees should be retrain to understand that it don’t matter if they want to be quick, but they need to be efficient and always with the customer satisfaction in mind. Thank you

Great Stop at Chipotle in Laredo
We had a great experience at this Chipotle. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the food was fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, making it an easy and enjoyable stop for a tasty meal. We’ll definitely be back when passing through Laredo.

Food portions were way smaller than I've ever seen, inside was kinda dirty. Side of tortillas was dried and turning into chips.

Portion sizes are small ordered tortillas on the side and they were as hard and crunchy as a chip and falling apart. Food was bland. Queso container leaked all over inside of bag. Would not recommend.

Management needs to look out for where help is needed in restaurant if there are 5-6 people at the serving section serving and only 1 grill cook backed up cause of the lunch crowd has made there way in ! When I asked what’s so amusing they changed there expressions on there faces real quick cause I didn’t find it amusing at all ! Do better

No ice for the fountain drinks, sodas were warm. Juices looked dirty and gross.
