I’m so disappointed in my interaction today in the evening. They charge around $11 almost $12 for the chocolateka ice cream today which I was fine with in the afternoon. The lady there was so sweet! The lady in the evening though did not notify that they ran out of trays so they were using a small container which is not the same size! And it’s almost $12 which is a meal you know! So imagine when I see my boyfriend brings me that I’m like that’s not the same size from the afternoon so I didn’t want it because $12 for a smaller size I think not! And they didn’t want to refund so I can get something else. The gaslighting is real. I’m so disappointed I have been going here for more than 15 years and I never mind paying for what is advertised but not for less due to them running out of the container and than the lady being rude about it. I’m still in shock because who does that. It’s like getting a small drink and them charging for a large drink. It’s the ethics part for me!

I feel like this place has really gone downhill. The service is so bad. Just rude members all around. You ask them simple questions and they give you an attitude. The prices are high for snacks that are not even that great. The quality of the chocolate has worsened over the years.

I would come here for the agua mineral preparada but lately is a hit or a complete miss depending who's making them, please train staff to be consistent with products sold. They're good, except when they make them wrong

Very bad customer service! I believe by a young woman named lourdes. She Looked at me like if i was gonna ask her for a free dessert or something on top of that she talked so damn low i had to ask her what she was saying like 3 times, she looked like she was miserable working there.. and on top of that $15 for a damn cup of fruit with chocolate and not even prepared well

The last time that I went here, I was getting really lightheaded due to the strong stench of sweetness that I had to step out. Apart from that, I once ordered some strawberries covered in chocolate and the strawberry tasted awful & really soggy. Overall, I believe this place should lower the price range a bit down and focus on what the employees are giving to the customers.
