ice cream is great, super cool how it’s rolled however staff can be more polite, was my first time going in and was asking about the flavors and the front counter girl was annoyed because I asked about the flavors. Every question I asked she had an attitude. Would honestly go here more often if she was replaced. She is the reason I don’t go as often been there 3 times she’s always working and same attitude and still turns the tablet over for a tip?. Stopped going ever since

I love their Gansito ice cream, and I never had a problem with their service...until about two weekends ago when I approached the counter only to find two employees playing around asking who should take my order. I personally do not know them but I found it insulting. Someone needs to train them on customer service.

Wonderful experience! First time coming here and will most definitely be back, employees were very clean and friendly, place was absolutely beautiful, and let’s not even get started with the ice cream ? it was spectacular! Had a great time with my family. My kiddos loved this place. Best ice cream place in town thank you employees for giving us an amazing experience!!!!!!!!

Wow, can’t even explain how great the service was, employees there Gabriel and Lisa are doing a fantastic job, ice creams looked exactly how they are in the pictures if not better! Ice cream was delicious, this has got to be the best ice cream store in Laredo! Great choices too!!

The place was pleasant, the ice cream was delicious and enjoyable to look at while the made it. It's so awesome that the rolled ice cream actually tasted like what it's supposed to be because they actually chop in the main ingredient. It's only 1 size and 6 rolls in the cup. We tried 4 kinds and we are so gonna return to try the other stuff. Friendly staff. Loved the service and answered my questions. Very clean and well lit establishment. I didn't go in before because when I passed by in the street,I just took quick glances from outside and thought it was just Asian food restaurant but i had to do something in the area and decided to look into it. I completely wished I came before and absolutely happy I tried it out with the family.

This place has GOT TO be the absolute WORST ice cream shop in Laredo, due to their EXTREMELY poor customer service skills. Not only are they extremely rude, stuck up owners and employees, but they also do not follow the health codes by wearing gloves to handle ice cream. Parents, I DO NOT recommend bringing your children to this establishment unless you want them, and yourself, to contract a disease from this poorly handled, and poorly regulated place.EDIT: Owner has responded poorly to constructive criticism. Laredo, is this the type of business you want to enter?

They hardly offer a good military discount, which makes veterans feel unappreciated. Do not attend this shop if you don’t like rude employees/owners.Edit: Owner has woman named “Alexa” serving ice cream WITHOUT being on the payroll.
