Chuck E. Cheese

Had my little girls birthday there and it was wonderful. Caro was assigned to our party and helped with food, drinks and clean up. The kids package is great. It includes the kids pizza and drink cup, socks, 2 hour game card, ice cream, ChuckE birthday dance and singing. Highly recommend this place.

We had pizza, wings, and salad — all really good! The service was great overall, but Jocelyn went above and beyond. It was my first outing alone with my newborn, and I had trouble folding the stroller. Even though she was off the clock, she took the time to help me and even looked up how to close it. Thank you, Jocelyn, for being so kind and helpful!

What was especially impressive was the customer service our cashier caro her ability to assist Spanish speaking customers. I observed her effortlessly switch between English and Spanish, ensuring that everyone felt welcome and understood. Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and bilingual abilities made her a standout employee. She truly embodies excellent customer service, and Chuck E. Cheese is lucky to have her!

This place was way understaffed...waiting time was ridiculously long due to this...the 2 girls at the front were overwhelmed with the many things they were trying to do to meet everyone's needs Kuddos to those 2 girls...they earned every penny.

I used to really like Chuck E. Cheese back then, but now I’m starting to think it’s a horrible party place. Mostly all the fountain drinks were water, except for Pepsi zero and regular Pepsi which were still flat. I can’t believe what this place has turned into.
