What was especially impressive was the customer service our cashier caro her ability to assist Spanish speaking customers. I observed her effortlessly switch between English and Spanish, ensuring that everyone felt welcome and understood. Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and bilingual abilities made her a standout employee. She truly embodies excellent customer service, and Chuck E. Cheese is lucky to have her!

This place was way understaffed...waiting time was ridiculously long due to this...the 2 girls at the front were overwhelmed with the many things they were trying to do to meet everyone's needs Kuddos to those 2 girls...they earned every penny.

I used to really like Chuck E. Cheese back then, but now I’m starting to think it’s a horrible party place. Mostly all the fountain drinks were water, except for Pepsi zero and regular Pepsi which were still flat. I can’t believe what this place has turned into.

The food here is decent but unremarkable, offering standard fare that satisfies without standing out. However, the games are the true highlight, consistently delivering fun, excitement, and high-quality entertainment. While the dining experience might not wow you, the reliably engaging games make it a destination worth revisiting. A plus for vegetarians, or if you are in a diet, salad bar is unlimited and huge variety worth the price.

First of all, the employees seem to be tired.. second, there is a line of people and they are not ready to open another box, the others in the back are talking, third, I ordered an XL pizza for a cost of 3 dollars more than the large one and they gave it to me in pieces so small that they looked like a finger
Fourth, I went for the pizza and it was already cold because the device they gave me didn't have a battery so they never told me the ice cream machine doesn't work and they aren't supposed to put up a sign so that people aren't wasting time and then at the checkout you go and You collect it and it takes much longer because there is only one person at the register and no one who can go to the freezer for the ice cream

I didn't like the fact that you have to get a bracelet to be able to use the trampoline area and one of the staff got all the kids that were in their out if they didn't have a bracelet my daughter and son we sad that they had to get out I didn't know about the bracelet and I didn't have the $$$ to buy them 1 it wasn't planned for us to go their but we did.
