App said 5 minutes, took us 15 mins to get there. Was told to wait, took over 15 minutes till order was ready. When employee came to give us our food there was no apology just an attitude

This place is always dirty, full of rude managers and employees. Food is either never made ready for drive-through orders or has been sitting there all day which is upsetting coming home to realize it. I strongly suggest visiting another Churches. I won’t be returning this one. Oh and the lobby, gross! Restaurant is slow in clientele, you’d think they’d manage it well but yet they don’t.

The service at this location is zero to none. There is no customer care and the employees are just talking to themselves the entire time instead of helping customers. The dine-in areas was also messy and had dirty tables.

8:45 and they are “closed” its understandable to close dine in, but drive thru? 15 minutes before closing time?

I don't complain right off the back but these guys are never ready you wait a min of 25min everytime I passed by or is it my luck.

Now I come here at 9:20 and no one answers like they are hiding just say your closed. Even though you close at 10 I see you through the drive through window you could of had the curtesy of saying your closed. Instead of having cars wait for no reason.

This ladies they are working now are very rude and have very bad attitude including the manager never going here to eat and plus Chicken sandwich were cold 👎👎👎👎👎 need to improve there manners and attitude. Church's restaurant was even not cleans tables dirty the floor not mop

Used drive thru. Service was reasonably fast

As I attempted to place my order via the drive thru, i was attended by such an aggressive and rude demeanor I already knew who it was assisting me with my order. I usually get down and I'm attended by a young lady or an older gentleman both very polite and well mannered. It's always like walking on eggshells when they are not there and the female manager with red lipstick takes my order, I believe her name is Noemi.

As a business owner, your customer service is what determines if a customer will come back to your establishment. How can you have a returning/ satisfied customer when the manager taking your order is filled with hostility, bitterness, and frustration towards the customer.

I can only imagine what the work atmosphere is inside. I ended up getting down instead and attempted to order with her once more but her lack of communication skills, body language, and professionalism sent me. I ended up cancelling my order because her attitude was horrible and I didn't want my food being made with negative energy. Please have someone more friendly taking orders and provide better leadership and management training.

Needless to say I ended up going to Popeyes where I was met with the complete opposite customer service.

They always have Family packages at a very good price, including potato or cabbage salads or you can change it for French fries with their delicious biscuits.

I was at the window for 15 minutes and this guy and the other workers there acted like they didn’t see me or hear me honking after waiting. I was in like since 8:55 until 9:15. Pathetic honestly- he was just sitting there for at least 10 minutes
