Worst Church's Restaurant in Laredo. Zapata Hwy. Always missing something. Today, 12/19/2025 about 2pm... It was 2 orders about $30 total. They forgot the Fries and Gravy sauce. Called and told them the issue. I live 5 miles from there. My daughter called and spoke with a Judy H. and told her she'd go for the Fries tomorrow but noticed that they forgot the Gravy too. My Daughter went back and they gave her attitude... A lady said to the attending girl, tell her to move forward, and said, I thought you were coming tomorrow. While there, they even told her to drive forward to wait for Fries and Gravy. By the time she got home all the food was COLD. So disappointed! You all need better Supervisor and staff!!!

We were ordering and they said that we had to wait 40 minutes for chicken so we decided to get 8 wings instead . They told us that we had to wait 5 minutes for the wings, so we decide to wait. They were taking forever and 45 minutes had passed. They never gave us our order so We got down to ask for our order and it was just on counter. We finally got our order. We opened the wings and they were all dried and didn't even have buffalo sauce, nor no spoon, no ranch, no napkins.

The service was good the only problem was that in 3 of my chicken pieces had blonde hairs on them:( I would just recommend to be more careful when handling the food. They did offer to give us more pieces of chicken, but I didn’t want to get more hair on them.

Service awful, manager or lady incharge just throw your order in front of you, nothing of politeness. Food was to grease cant taste well the chicken flavor. This will be one location that will never be stopping again.

Ordered a 15 piece of tenders and the wait time was 25 minutes. Ok i get i make the wait patiently but before that the DT asks me what sauce i want for dipping and when i get home there are no dipping sauces and no coleslaw. Just double mash. Why did they ask me what extra things i want if they wont put them? No napkins, no spoons. No thanks

Asked for fried okra but got a cup of corn instead, that's my extra money. Also no utensils, how am I supposed to eat the corn without them? The fried chicken tastes like it didn't add salt. Very bad!! Avoid it at all cost!
For the first time in years, I finally asked for a NON~Spicy chicken and even though it looked fresh made, it had no flavor at all. When we were done eating, my friend ordered some Apple Pies and took a seat; since they were taking a while to call her, she decided to ask, when she approached to the register, she saw how the lady in gray (her words) dropped them on the floor, picked them up and instead of throwing them away, she placed them right where they fix them orders. My friend asked for a full refund and told them she was afraid that she was going to receive those dirty ones once she turned her back on them. Employees always have a great attitude, they're young and always giving their best, sadly, it was the manager (the lady in gray) who made that terrible mistake. We were there between 5:20 - 6:30.

Drive thru lady was very rude and did not want to hear what we wanted order started with saying there was a wait time instead of greeting and cut us off telling us our total when we were wanting to order more things.
