Asked for fried okra but got a cup of corn instead, that's my extra money. Also no utensils, how am I supposed to eat the corn without them? The fried chicken tastes like it didn't add salt. Very bad!! Avoid it at all cost!

For the first time in years, I finally asked for a NON~Spicy chicken and even though it looked fresh made, it had no flavor at all. When we were done eating, my friend ordered some Apple Pies and took a seat; since they were taking a while to call her, she decided to ask, when she approached to the register, she saw how the lady in gray (her words) dropped them on the floor, picked them up and instead of throwing them away, she placed them right where they fix them orders. My friend asked for a full refund and told them she was afraid that she was going to receive those dirty ones once she turned her back on them. Employees always have a great attitude, they're young and always giving their best, sadly, it was the manager (the lady in gray) who made that terrible mistake. We were there between 5:20 - 6:30.

Where do I start…… girl on drive thru before I order she’s like there’s a 20 min wait.. as i respond it is ok I can wait. So I start to order and she’s like we have this in offer I’m like no thanks I want this, then as she asked anything else I replied yes and ask for what I wanted added and she’s like ok next window. I replied I’m not done and she said what next as I told her you haven’t even asked what are my sides or the extra added to order and she’s like yes next window with out even listening. I get it’s busy but you can say please hold I’ll be right with you but no….. she just rushed the order like she knew what I wanted I’m like no that’s not it and she kept saying ok that’s all I just left her talking.
