Hardest, most dry and overcooked chicken I've ever had. Either I was served chicken that was there for more than 6 hrs or the cook as no clue what he is doing and can't operate an automatic frier.

First of all the customers service and efficiency was awful. I was standing infornt of the counter and was ingnored I orderd online, was there maybe 10 mins late, my order was not ready it took them 35 mins to get my order done. The GM just looked at me no customer service skills what so ever. Never again will we order form this place.

The chicken is dry because it's overcooked. For a family order, they'll try to get away with individual servings (cup?) v's pint/quart OR they just don't care. Church's biscuits (newer recipe) aren't great but this location will ensure they're hard... maybe old. The phone number on the receipt is useless because it's not answered. The franchise owner needs the contract canceled by Church's as it looks like in the last few years, this location has received consistently bad reviews.

I was very disappointed in the service,as a loyal customer I expected more this establishment,we arrived at churches at exactly 8:13 and we were waiting in drive thru until 8:26 and no one ever took our order. the sign outside the store said to eat indoors closes at 8 but for drive thru up until 9 so how is it that when I arrived at 8:13 everyone was already cleaning up and ready to go. I expected more😡!

The lady who answers the speaker I don't know but she needs to get a hearing test I have been there 3 times and all the times she has given me wrong orders she need to pay more attention and if you correct her she will give u a stink face

Damn! They never fail me, but to give me the order wrong! ? I always order the 8-piece family meal 1 LG side & 4 biscuits leg & thigh spicy chicken and they never give me what ask for even though i ask them to repeat the order and they do correctly, but once i am home is never spicy and the mash potato half full little to no gravy. ? And is the male manager that took my order today it is so annoying. O have gone back several times and to top it off they don't give me the one I already bit even though it's there! ??

What a disgusting place, the service is terrible and the food is worse, it is an excellent place to buy a stomach infection, for less than 10 dollars you will have a direct pass to the emergency room.

Bad experience last night. First they said they had no chicken breast then no okra so we ordered thigh and leg. They took long to give us our order. Then we get home the chicken was burned the biscuit to. It wasn’t edible we had to throw it away. $33 down the drain.
