The only reason why I am rating culture social bar 1 star is because we had great service from Aldo the server he did amazing! However, I had a reservation for 20 people for my 30th birthday and when we arrived they told us there wasn't any reservation. Upon speaking to the manager, Ricky, he said that he called today and we didn't answer. There was no message or txt stating he was confirming our reservation. My husband did not answer because the caller ID said Weslaco Texas. So when we got there the restaurant was packed & we waited approximately 2 hours or more to be seated. They did bring me 2 rounds of shots for the inconvenience but like I said Aldo the server was super accommodating and kind. I cant say the same about the manager, Ricky.

Terrible service , if you know the owner you will get inside in seconds . Clearly demonstrated this sat night on holloween weekend , we got their 11 and waited in line for 2 hours . They had the space and were not at maximum capacity because you can hear them say it and clearly see. However they still kept the line superlong and not moving . I have never wrote a bad comment about anyone but yesterday is ridiculous

They don’t give a good customer service and they give a price for a bottle service in the end they charge you way more. The original price they told me was 270 with tax and service, we ended up paying 485 just for one bottle !!!
