I found this coffee shop to be adorable, but the prices are absurdly high. I paid $16 for two medium coffees. I don’t even pay that when I go to starbucks (which has a reputation for being expensive). I get that they need to make rent, but this is just abuse.

Great place to grab a coffee. I asked the barista recommendations and he gave me the Bourbon Pecan coffee. Best hot coffee Ive had in a while! I went back with a friend and she ordered the same but cold and she also loved it. Amazing drinks, Great prices, friendly baristas and nice atmosphere. Will definitely come back more!

This place calls itself a coffee shop but it’s more of a dessert place. All of its drinks seem to be made of sugary concoctions, and their menu is vague about ingredients, on top of being out of date.
I asked the barista if there were any drinks that could be made without sugar, and he said just the ceremonial matcha. I asked if there was anything else, or at least a drink with less sugar, and he said that was it, as everything has the same amount of sugar.
After the initial conversation and spending a long time looking again at the menu deciding what to order, I got in line again and when I place my order, the barista tells me they don’t have certain things on the menu.
Would have been good to know that when I spoke to him the first time. If you don’t update your menus, at least let customers know what you don’t carry.
Hugely disappointing experience.

First time visiting Dark Rock Coffee and I was excited to try it out. I asked the barista about the Rattled Brown Sugar drink, and she mentioned it was similar to Starbucks’ brown sugar drink. I decided to order it in a large size ($8). Unfortunately, it was really disappointing — it had no brown sugar flavor at all and tasted very watered down. For $8, it did not feel worth it. 😔

Service is top notch and so is the coffee! Im here every other day. This bluebonnet matcha was hands down the best match ive every had.
The coffee here is soo good! For myself I prefer something sweeter and it’s always kind of hard to find something I’ll like but I absolutely loved this place and its menu! So many options and flavors. And my fiancé is the opposite he likes really strong coffee and not a lot of flavor and we both found something we really liked! Shout out to Shan, (the blue hair barista) she helped us picked our drinks and we loved them! She was so nice and explained the menu to us so well! Definitely coming back to try other drinks!

Oh my goodness, you have to check it out! I’ve try different flavors but my favorite since the beginning it’s the LONESTAR BOURBON, and it comes highly recommended. First off, the baristas there are so welcoming and friendly – they always greet you with a genuine smile that really brightens your day. It's easy to tell they enjoy their work, which significantly enhances the overall experience. And the owner? Seriously, he's a wizard when it comes to coffee. He knows so much about different tastes and origins, and you can practically taste the love and creativity he pours into every single drink. They've got these amazing, wild flavor combinations for their lattes and other beverages that are truly out of this world – not just your usual coffee shop stuff. But wait, there's more! The pastries and desserts are also incredible. It's clear the owner puts so much care and effort into baking and preparing them – you can literally taste the freshness and quality. It's not just about selling coffee and pastries; it's clear he's always trying to go above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and have the best experience possible.Seriously, if you're looking for a great coffee spot with fantastic service, amazing drinks, and seriously yummy treats, you've gotta try Dark Rock Coffee. You won't be disappointed!

I ordered the mustang cooler drink from the menu & before ordering, I made sure to check the ingredients because I have a medical condition that prevents me from having carbonated drinks. The menu didn’t mention anything about carbonation or that the drink contained Topo Chico. After taking just one sip, I realized it was carbonated. I brought it back to the counter (the drink was practically untouched) and politely asked if there was anything they could do, since the menu didn’t list carbonation or Topo Chico as an ingredient. Unfortunately, the cashier w blue hair responded with attitude & insisted it was mentioned, even though I double-checked and didn’t see such note. I understand policies can vary, but a bit more understanding and transparency would have gone a long way. I just wanted to share this in case others have similar dietary or medical restrictions, double check before ordering!!
