Denny's in Laredo

“Felt like a typical Denny's restaurant. It was loud in there and hard to talk to anyone. The service took a while to get to my table. The server seemed like I had to do their job to place my order. It seemed like he was annoyed that I was taking up his time. We eventually got the food and it was good. The service however, not so good. The guy never came back and we had to ask other people for refills. The table next to us had the same problem. They ordered before us and we got our food way before them. I know they were upset because when you're hungry time is an eternity. Service at Denny's is a roll of the dice. Some locations are great. Some locations not. Overall it's a place that I will usually go to but not very often.“

“I've dined at this location several times and both the service and the food keep getting better and better and that's saying something because the first time I ate there I was amazed by how good the food was! And for a great price too! Today my wife and I had the pleasure of being served by Humberto and he impressed us with his service! Not only was he pleasant and attentive but he amazed us by not writing anything down and still getting everything right despite our order being quite customized! This will be my go to diner when in Laredo. Thank you.“
