Horrible customer service. I placed an order and was waiting 45 min. My name came out on the screen it was ready and they told me to hold on but my pizza never came out. I asked for a refund

Did the order thru the app, no issue with it simple and a breeze to order got to the domino's I order arrived and check my app and said it ready for pick up so I ask for it turn out it not ready yet im like why does it say ready if it not he says just 3mins more, turn into a 10mins wait, alright get my order and ask him were my drink with the order oh my bad forgot as well. Dont know who wrong here the app or the restaurant. Pizza is great love it no issue with it quality.

went today and the guy up front whose name was ryan really helped me out and attended to everything i needed. was very patient with me and respectful. will definitely be going back just because of ryan. definitely deserves a raise for his customer service.

There were 7 associates working making pizzas, 2 cutting and 3 handing out orders and still my order took 30 mins more after getting a notification that it was ready….

Bad bad bad!! Ive had 4 different persons asking for the name of the order!!!! What is going on!? Besides that every single time i go especially at nights when theres no customers they take at least 25-40 min!!! My order always says its ready but when i arrive they make me wait 15 min extra. ALWAYS!!!! So tired of this dominos.

Worst domino's pizza in laredo.

This was the worse pizza, wings and bread sticks I have ever had from Domino's. Everyone was walking in slow motion and they had alot of people. Worst service. Will never order from them again. So sad. I use to love there food.

They take way to long to give your order even if you ordered online they are very unorganized. The girl on the counter needs more time training they left her alone. I assume they dont track orders

I have no problem with this location. Lori knows how to treat employees with respect and demonstrates fairness well. One of the most professional GMS Domino's have! She deserves a promotion.

Delivery was 2 hours late. I called and guy tell me to just give a few minutes if not call back. Really after 2 hours

Called and order to pickup pizza and wings supposed to be ready in 20 minutes and took me 1 hr. Waiting in they never make the order got lost a bunch of teenagers playing with food and very bad service I will never go back 😑

I love Dominos but ordering at the pick up window is always a nightmare. Whenever they say my pizza is ready for pick up and I drive there. I always have to wait at least 10 mins and no one comes to the window. I see people just standing there, making eye contact. I always have to go inside to get my order. It's so annoying. That's my only complaint.
