Extremely slow! 15 minute wait for 2 breakfast items, cashier did not know how to place the item we ordered in system.
Love the food and donuts but the coffee isn't as good as it use to be. I don't know what happened but this is the fifth time they get my coffee wrong and it's not even funny. First it was my chai latte, then my matcha, and today I wanted my first pumpkin drink of the year and they just gave me a regular coffee.

Cashier kept scratching his back and ear and then tapping on top of the lid where you sip from. Nastiest etiquette ever. Extremely grossed out because it should be common sense to not be doing things like that.
Aside from that, he was too slow in not knowing how to do his job and ended up needing assistance which caused the time to be delayed much much more than it needed to be.
