The food is disgusting. The people are not friendly. I tried to keep it simple with an egg and cheese wrap. They microwaved it for so long that the flour tortilla was hard and the cheese was brown. They don’t listen. I asked for a hot latte and got a cold latte. I told them I said hot and she gave me a death look and told me to pull to the side someone will bring it out. I didn’t get a sorry or anything. When the coffee came it was room temperature. I love Dunkin Donuts just not the Dunkin Donuts in Laredo Texas. Laredo Texas DOES NOT run on Dunkin ??♀️

Damn, Near lost my life when i saw the most handsome worker of my life. He goes by the name Sergio Castillo but i will like to call him my idol. As i walked into the establishment he greeted me well and that's when i knew i had seen an angel that must have fallen on his way to heaven.Overall the best coffee in townI will be there everyday that man is scheduled because he is what brings me joy in this world

Staff is so rude. Especially the manager. She always looks angry. I went for an iced Oat matcha latte and they gave me regular milk and oat milk together. Normally wouldn’t be a problem but I’m severely lactose intolerant.

This place is extremely cold. Every time I visit, it is empty because it is unbearable to sit inside to enjoy coffee and doughnuts. We have asked the employee to put the air temp less cold, but they laugh. It seems like they do not want customers to sit, that way they do jot have to clean the tables. I don't recommend this place, go to Starbucks where the atmosphere is very pleasant and you can gather with friends to enjoy their coffee.
