You might as well just go to 7 brew ,or borderland ,went to this 4 hours before they close and got denied service because they were hosting a private event ,but as a paying customer and a customer that is looking for a coffee place is upsetting that i drove to your place and your willing to cut off walkin customers for a private event.that hasent even started yet becuase u were just putting the sign out when i was steps away from the door and laughed saying we just closed.

Poor communication, waited 50 minutes for a coffee and milk shake when there was maybe 5-7 people in there during that time. Got shake but no coffee. Guy working the front didn’t apologize but claimed someone else ordered the same thing, took my order, and that he called my name. Name wasnt called as it was not collected at beginning if order and if there actually was a duplicate order then he would have had an extra laying around. No ticketing system, no name call outs, etc. Thankfully they had games in the back to occupy time.
