Just wanted to highlight the friendly staff and owner. Had to park my 18-wheeler here momentarily, and they gave me no trouble at all. Was about to buy a coffee for any inconvenience i may have caused, and the owner/manager told me it was on the house. Made my morning. Thank you guys

The live up to their claim as worlds best hamburger. Fuddruckers has always offered a great burger. Unfortunately there just aren’t as many around now. This location in Laredo was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful in giving pointers for their burger choices.
The dining room is clean.
The free refills are great.
Burgers are a little pricey but they don’t ask for a tip so probably equals out.
The icing on the cake. Free cheese for your fries.

The place looks a bit rundown, the soda fountains have a few heads broken and the seats in the booth aren't very comfortable like the padding is worn out. And they didn't have ice cream. No complaints about the food we did get though, big portions and decent quality.

Customer service was horrible. The people getting the food ready were very rude. It felt like we were bothering them. The only workers who were polite were the ones who were cleaning the tables.
