We were given the option to buy a Rosca de Reyes with or without glaze. We asked for a rosca without glaze, and where instead given a glazed rosca. When we asked for the non-glazed rosca we asked for, the cashier when to the back to ask for a normal rosca, and we could hear the baker, clearly mad that we dare ask for what we payed for, tell the cashier to tell us that they only come glazed. We werent told that. We were fortunate the cashier was kind enough to get us a non-glazed rosca but the baker clearly gave us one of the failed roscas. Didnt even bother to give us one of the fine ones but without glaze. Lucky for us it has the baby jesus figures (probably put in by the cashier, too). At least it taste pretty good. (Fairly expensive thought). Hope they get a baker with some respect for thier customers.

This bakery used to be one of my favorites whenever I visited my hometown, but lately the quality has noticeably declined. The bread is often left on the baking trays in rolling carts instead of being displayed properly in the glass case. Because the bread sticks to the trays, customers struggle to remove pieces without damaging them, which leads to multiple items being touched and wasted.
The conchas, which were once soft and generously sized, are now smaller and harder than before. I truly hope management considers improving the presentation and returning to the quality that made this bakery such a great place in the past.

Best biscuits in town and the pan dulces are better than most places here. Definitely better than Panos Bakery. Don’t get me wrong Panos is really good too but I prefer this bakery better.
