What a gem! If you visit Laredo please go here to eat! I loved it. The flautas were so crispy, and the chicken was shredded and so good. Also, the milanesa was also amazing! Service was wonderful! We will be back!

I recently had the pleasure of trying the Enchiladas Suizas at Hacienda Arandas, and they did not disappoint! This classic dish was served beautifully on a plate with three enchiladas generously covered in a rich, tangy green tomatillo sauce and topped with melted cheese. The tortillas were perfectly soft yet held their texture well, and the shredded chicken was tender and flavorful.
