Hungry Howie's Pizza

Some of the better customer service I’ve ever had from Alec. Usually pizza places want a quick order, but he took his time and gave me his recommendations. I’ve never had hungry howie’s before, so I thought I’d give it a shot.

I order two pizzas like normal. But unlike my normal experience, I got one way wrong. After going back and asking for it to be done right… they agreed. But they prepared it wrong AGAIN!! A different wrong. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????

This chain is quickly becoming my favorite pizza. I love the thin crust and the flavor options they have. I have a thing about ez sauce and they always pay attention to this.

I tried hungry howies when i was in florida love it so much just wish there was one near our city cuz the laredo one is too far for me wish there was one here in rio grande city or roma

Ordered some takeout pizza and wings. The pizza, as always, was good. The wings were TINY and had little to no sauce on them despite my request for extra sauce.

Annoying how they can’t get pizzas right. 1 out of 5 times your pizza will be as it should, other times: not enough sauce, too much cheese, not cooked to completion.. I really wish they would keep things the same every time. It’s forced us to go elsewhere.

Usually excellent pizzas but consistency is very poor.

Their delivery person is so kind and patient. He figured out I’d received the wrong order and redelivered before I realized!

I've only had 1 pizza, The Works, but it was really really good. The Flavored crust really works. More flavor than all other franchise pizzas, perhaps with the exception of Papa Murphy's imo. I will definitely be going back to try other types. Indoor seating is minimal.

Parking: Should be plenty of parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible I believe.

Terrible service, I ordered to pick up and they did not want to receive cash because they did not have change.
They took the pizza out of my hands

Order the all meat pizza and wings and the chocolate chip cookie didn't get the cookie instead got someone else order ordered light sauce wasn't light I had to take the food out of the delivery guys bag myself I order alot from hungry Howie but I'm to sure about this one

9 pm , made an online order for pick up . Went to the drive thru and no one came to the window . After 5 min of being ignored, I went into the store where I stood for another 5 min while listening to a girl laugh , joke and dance with another employee while another kid was cleaning . Again, totally ignored until I yelled, "helllloooo" !!!! Got my pizza and left very disappointed. Maybe hire responsible people with actual work ethics and I'll change my rating . SMFH ?.

Dec 8.... Husband ordered 2 pizzas. His was someone else's pizza and mine tasted stale . They had him bring his pizza back to show them it was wrong and remake the one he ordered and they took it back with the intention on giving it to the other customer who it belonged to. The fact that they're not throwing it away or letting us keep it after it's been in my house and touched is absolutely disgusting. To whoever got that pepperoni pizza at about 6:30 tonight.... Thats what you got and know my house is clean and our hands were washed but your pizza has a travel history and has been touched.
