I traveled to Laredo and Nuevo Laredo.....(Prior to arrival at the Dallas, Texas airport).
Nuevo Laredo (Mexico), a high-risk city, you cannot take video or photos because the drug traffickers if they "catch you" (because they arbitrarily detain you), they take away at least your cell phone...That's what's next bad.
Hugs, not bullets! That strategy has undoubtedly worked well... (sarcasm, in case it's not clear :) )
