I worked at Lexington nc ihop before but I had to quit due to some personal reasons bc I had just had a baby end of April and started at the end of June so I had to leave due to personal issues and I called back November 2025 to reapply and the had told me “never call about working here again bye” and that’s discrimination against employeeemnt and I had issues before when I worked there and when I was hired I clearly stated I would be slow at first bc I’d just had a baby and need to go slow bc of having a baby i was a minor at the time now I’m a adult and I would recommend working at ihop in Lexington nc they are very discriminatory

Came to the Fond du Lac, WI location at 11:40am, found the place about 50% capacity. Yet it took over 5 minutes before any employees came to the front desk to seat me, then another 10 minutes before they took my order, and it's been around 45 minutes since placing my order and I still haven't received my order. I'm about ready to walk out and go to McDonald's since they actually serve food.

Food was good. Unprofessional staff made the experience very unpleasant. I could hardly wait to get my food, just so I can hurry up and get outta there. Super loud talking: 3 employees should never be able to drown out 8-10 customers that are eating. And if that wasn't enough, the server who waited on me and printed out my check: I was using my peripheral vision, looking over my right side because I got the feeling I was being watched...You know? That creepy feeling? So, I ended up catching him standing directly behind the back of my booth, gawking over my shoulder at my wallet, as if to see how much I was going to give him in tips. Unprofessional, but creepy, to say the least. There's a Denny's right across the street, so, we do have an alternative. Do better, IHOP.

Visited ihop location at 1821 West Hill Avenue, Valdosta GA 31601 We had a bad experience where there were problems with the food and when we complained the servers were downright rude. I spoke to the manager on the phone Scott Stazzone who insured us that the issue would be rectified by refunding the meal. It was never done This is not good business practice as we were insured by the manager it would be done.

Got seated and Mariana gave us our menu and went to seat everyone else . Took everyone else’s order and put them in the system. Then came over to us to take our order. When the food came out mine was cold and the bacon had hard grease coving it. The sausage was cold and ham was cool. The fruit was hard and all melon and hard. The eggs were cold. My husband had an omelette and it was nice and hot and the pancakes were hot with one piece of butter on top. The coffee was left over and cold. Worst meal and serve I have ever had. Told Mariana about my food and she said sorry and walked away to the Manager and they laughed about it and the Manager would not talk to me about any of it she walk out of the restaurant when I came to pay for food I could not eat. My husband took the bacon, ham and sausage home and my dog would not even eat it.. Very disappointed in management and waiters. Speaking in a differed language thinking I would not understand what they were saying. Laughing about the whole thing . Did not give the 55 year old discount either. Worst serves and food ever!!

Got a carryout here in GA. $51 worth of food and they only made half of it. Then confused my name with someone else’s because they both started with a K. I dont know what that had to do with giving me what is on my receipt. That other person had a whole different receipt. Then they made up a reason to not give me a refund because its Sunday. So now that I complain about IHOP not being able to refund food that they didnt make, they finally refund it. But its going to take 3 business days because they put on the refund that I just didnt want my food. Not that they never made all of it. I ordered over $50 worth of food, you make $20 and no one sees an issue with this

Bathroom was dirty, food quality is poor, service forgets your order and when asked to bring correct one they didn't bother to properly make my order they just threw the ingredients of the New York cheesecake pancakes on top of the incorrect pancake order that I sent back. That's beyond insulting, I recommend avoiding eating at this location unless you have no other choice, because it's also ridiculously expensive on top of everything else.
