I'm a frequent cx for Jack in the box, but this store has gotten to be one of the worst ones I've visited! Cx service is horrible (not all employees) but today Sunday 7/28/24 I placed an order and when I went to pick up the lady giving me my food was very impolite and I asked for a buttermilk sauce which I was never charged for one packet so she immediately said "it's not free" I said really? She made a face and said yes, so I said that's fine so I proceeded to ask for hot sauce and she said it was already in the bag so I drive to work and when I open the bag my order was incomplete and NO HOT SAUCE! Never going to this place again!

Never in my times I’ve come to this location that we got the worst service. We tried eating inside but the doors were locked but the dinning area closes at 12, so We ordered three number 5’s and 4 tacos through the drive through. The food took a bit long and the burgers even more, aside from that they gave us our Drinks without ice. The sodas were warm. We asked if they can put ice since the soda was warm but the lady said they didn’t have any and that she doesn’t take the orders. They couldn’t do anything about it they said, didn’t want to give us a refund on the drinks nothing. For the 4 Tacos we ordered, we didn’t get any condiments whatsoever. Used to be really fast, friendly, and really good service but this has become the worst experience ever. Don’t recommend coming back again.
