They always take so long to give you your food in this location. And some ladies there also seem so angry to do their job.. I understand maybe you’ve had a long day and I wasn’t asking for more than what they could give me but their responses are so dry and rude. Also, I was asking for some sauce and they acted as if they had never ever heard of that sauce before and I order it all the time. After asking for it from different people they said they could give it to me but had to exchange it for what they had already put in the bag… so pathetic…

Although it is on the border (Laredo) their staff does not all speak Spanish and we struggled a bit with the selection when ordering the food, but everything went well.
Parking: Sufficient parking and access.

Just went about 30 minutes ago 12/31/23 and got attended poorly. Took 30 minutes to get our meals. Cashier walked away when we were trying to get his attention because apparently gossiping with coworkers is more important than working. Still had to get down cause they were missing our orders of churros. When my father approached them the lady laughed at him “ yea I know hahahaha.” I understand no ones likes working New Year’s Eve but if your employees don’t wanna work they should stay at home instead of laughing and joking around as well as gossiping. Not only that I came home to missing an order of fries and my sprite tasted like tap water. Never spending my money here at this location again
