Second time I’ve come to this location and get the same item wrong. I keep ordering a spicy grilled jack wrap n keep receiving it friend n regular (not spicy version). if i try to call to complain they let the phone ring n then hang it up (you can tell by the dial tone). they’re rude, impatient, and have gone at 2am both time when it’s dead and no customers and they still manage to mess up my order. very poor service, and they make requesting a refund very difficult online

I ordered on the app for store pick up, it was already 10:39 when I arrived and my order said it was going to be ready at 10:42, I tried to open the door but it was closed and this manager tells me that the dinner area is closed by 10, yeah it says 10 in a small sign that is by the door, I told her the app gave me the option to order the food like that and as well the hours in this Google says open 6-12am, I told her it was not my intention but the app gave me the option, so don't try to correct me when everything is wrong in the app and in Google store hours.
As well I ordered my food when I was at home, how was I supposed to know that jack in the Crack had small sign that says closed by 10.
She was in the wrong by trying to punish me for something that is was not even my fault.

I had went there yesterday at 9pm ,and the cook either didn’t cook it well .I woke up today vomiting 3 times nauseous ,had diarrhea the whole day ,I ate egg with chorizo and threw that up halfway plate ,made ground beef with rice for lunch and threw it up halfway plate, I couldn’t eat nothing and felt nauseous the whole day and in work ,haven’t ate nothing still and its 12 am😕

Big chubby dude with black hair made me and my family wait a hour in the parking lot for our food considering we order ahead online and to top it off we are the only costumers in the parking lot at 4:30 am
