Hello I am contacting you regarding a wrong order on the 17th. The store manager was very rude to me wouldn’t resolve the issue and charged me again. I tried to call but your number on your receipt is out of order. Please advise asap. As I am not a local and just work here. I go back home next Monday the 23rd. I already submitted a form to contact jack but this needs to be resolved immediately.
Follow up still haven’t heard back from anyone as I have sent in 2 requests to contact jack. Learn to hire people who speak English. This is America.

They disappointed me, we ordered burgers with bacon and they didn't add bacon, they didn't give our friends 1 taco, the guy who took our order had a disinterested attitude. The meat didn't taste fresh to me, honestly, what happened to them? Cross out.
