I called in an order for the honey bbq pizza aswell a 16 pc half and half bone in wings with honey bbq and buffalo. When I got home I got the pizza with the bacon undercooked. And aswell no bbq on pizza like it should have came. Also I got double buffalo when I asked for half bbq since I have toddlers . When I call the store instead of the MANAGER GEORGE showing sympathy in any kind of way he immediately got defensive. Said that that’s not what I ordered even though I know what I ordered aswell my husband heard the call. He refused to help and instead continuously hung up and yelled WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT FORGET THE FOOD AT THIS POINT ! YOU MUST HATE YOUR. JOB for the way you talk to people .. 20 minutes later and he decides to call after yelling rudely and hanging up in my face he offers extra wings . It’s not even about the food anymore it’s the poor customer service

This place food was so good! I’m from Philly and usually when we go to different states and cities the food doesn’t taste as good as our or better, but this place right here knows what they are doing. The pizza is a 5 stars and the wings also because that’s all I had from there. Highly recommend!
The pizza is delicious, the flavor of the dough and the cheese are very good. We ordered The Maui pizza as a combo and I highly recommend it. The attention is excellent!
Kid-friendliness: My son had a lot of fun playing video games while we waited for the pizza

In town for another business trip and stopped by to pick up some food. Nice find in the Laredo area with some of the best cheesebread around. The calzones are a nice size for the price, and while the wings could have used a bit more seasoning, overall, well worth the stop.

The bonnets are delicious and the potatoes too, I wish they had given me a simple fork to take the bites to my mouth and not with my fingers and some napkins.I spoke to give my opinion and I believe I was not heard.

Ordered the New York style pizza for pick up! Order was made quick and service was good but pizza was definitely disappointing. Especially for their most expensive pizza. I liked the think crust style but it was so undercooked and parts of the dough was still raw. Pretty disappointed!
