Is the restaurant sit down again or is it still just pick up only?

Ordered food over door dash. No napkins no utensils given for the salad I ordered. The serving size for the ranch was a joke.. Only if the person who prepared the order, would think “ hey how would I like this if it was for me”. Won’t order again.

Regarding Order Number: R5115 , waited almost 2 hours for the driver to arrive, and when the food finally came, everything was completely cold — it was impossible to eat. I asked for a refund, but they refused to return my money. The price was ridiculous: $41 for one medium pineapple pizza and a Pepsi. When I called to request my money back, they were rude and unprofessional. The whole experience was terrible long wait time, awful service, and even the driver was asking for tips. I will never order from this place again.

First of all I know they close at 9 but I came in at 8:52 because I went to dollar tree super quick and I just really just want one pizza not a lot so if y’all say it’s close lock the damn door I work in retail and if y’all need to know last minute customer are always a big deal but y’all shouldn’t turn them away so y’all lost a sale and not coming here again

I used to be a loyal Pizza Hut customer until I tried Jalapeños Pizza. The marinara is delicious and not overly acidic, the cheese is thick and tasty, and the bread is so good. It has a very traditional, nothing crazy. I always go for the classic cheese and pepperoni. The extra large is usually $19/20 and it feeds a family of 5. The slices are giant you really don’t need more than one, but I sometimes eat 2. I come back every time.

We have been a loyal customer of this pizza place since it first opened, but today was incredibly disappointing. Our family was excited for a pizza and wings night, as we’ve always had good experiences in the past. However, this time was a complete letdown. The pizza was burnt, and when I went to pick up the order, we were rudely accused of not paying for wings, which was embarrassing in front of other customers. After showing my receipt to prove the order both pizza and wings, the issue was resolved, but the excitement quickly turned to frustration when we got home and found the pizza completely burned.

I called to ask for a solution, but the staff was unhelpful, and the manager George, was out on delivery. When George returned my call no effort was made to resolve the issue or turn the situation into a positive one. Sadly, this was one of our favorite pizza spots, but after this experience, we won’t be coming back. It’s disappointing to see such poor service, especially from a small business that we’ve always tried to support.”
