Did not change gloves… went from cooking on the grill to “trying” to make my sandwich. With the same gloves, from cooking on grill . I had to ask for him to change gloves. Lettuce was brown.

I'm sure I'm in the minority here but can they just make my food, I pay, then leave. I answered four questions about my weekend plans and work schedule before ordering the sandwich. The food is great the but I could do without the over-the-top, fake friendly atmosphere. I only have 30 minutes to eat and I'm not really in the mood to answer a bunch of nonsense on my lunch break. I'm sure this review may sound cold and transactional but that's exactly what it is...a business transaction.

My first time experience at jersey mikes in Laredo, Texas was great. I ordered a regular club sub. The first mini was so delicious and the second mini unfortunately had a small hair which I only ask to remake the mini. However, the manager, which I assume, comes out to apologize and give me a GIANT sub for free. Totally nice guy; despite the small hair mistake, everything was great such as the food, environment, and service:) totally recommend :)

We went a little bit before closing so we took our food to go and ate in the back of our truck. We were enjoying the food and the weather outside. One of the employees, not sure what his name was but he had long hair in a bun, approached us and gave us free cookies and sandwich coupons. He apologized for the service which was uncalled for because we did not think we had rude service at all! We thanked him and really appreciated the gesture! Definitely wasnt necessary but his kindness did not go unappreciated. The food was amazing and so were the cookies!

So I ordered two subs before closing, and they ran out of bread. So the manager apologized without making faces or anything; he was super professional and nice. He went above and beyond to take care of me—the best customer service I've seen here in Laredo for a while. The guy needs a raise; he sure set the bar pretty high for great customer service.

I cannot speak highly enough about the employees at this store. The food was delicious but the service was phenomenal. I have a gluten allergy and they went above and beyond to make sure that my meal was not only delicious but safe for me to eat. It can be uncomfortable asking for accommodations but they made me feel welcome and not like a burden. A++ experience!
