I enjoy the food here, but they have been declining as of late, last time I came I tried using the donation coupons I got a while ago, but they used semantics as to not allow me to use my coupon, very rude

I went to this place to eat with my family and no one attended to us, the manager just looked at us and no one attended to us, when I was there I heard an Uber Eats guy saying that he wanted his order because he had already ordered it half an hour ago. But after a while another person comes in demanding an order that had not been delivered, they really give terrible service, I will never return to this place, we left the place and I went with my family to eat somewhere else... that's why he is left alone.

At the KFC in Guadalupe, the boy was rude. I told him that he would exchange some packets of butter for me because they had Lama and he said, "well everyone is going to be like this" and I twisted my mouth in anger ? he took out the tray and everyone was full of butter. The MA.
Terrible!!! May 9th at 9pm I was told it would be 25 min wait for chicken. Think about that. 25 min wait for chicken at KFC? Then when it did come out it was overcooked and my famous bowl was nothing but mashed potatoes. This says a lot about management needing to train employees better
