very bad experience. drinks had no flavor. 1 burger was as hard as a rock. the other 2 had no flavor. i was missing 2 mashed potatoes. the cashier had a sour expression on her face the whole time. overall a very bad experience.

It took them half an hour to give me chicken tenders. And when they gave them to me they were not cooked properly. And the manager never showed up. I think they were going to close, it was around 5

I enjoy the food here, but they have been declining as of late, last time I came I tried using the donation coupons I got a while ago, but they used semantics as to not allow me to use my coupon, very rude

I went to this place to eat with my family and no one attended to us, the manager just looked at us and no one attended to us, when I was there I heard an Uber Eats guy saying that he wanted his order because he had already ordered it half an hour ago. But after a while another person comes in demanding an order that had not been delivered, they really give terrible service, I will never return to this place, we left the place and I went with my family to eat somewhere else... that's why he is left alone.
I visited it 3 weeks ago and the truth is that the name KFC was very big for them.
Nothing is as I remember it, they handed me the burnt chicken and other raw and burnt ones at the window, ask something and they don't even have the courtesy to answer Horrible service. The truth is, if there were -3 ⭐⭐⭐I would give it to them.
