Ordered a simple small caramel frappe. Cashier had to double ask what was my order 3 times, waited a bit (didn't mind since they were a bit busy) then just got the drink without whip cream or caramel sauce. Didn't even argue just took my drink and walked out the door.

Not if it me but the donuts seem to me to have lost the geniue taste it use to have taste more not stale but been there for serveral hours miss those days of them always making it fresh got myself some classic donuts and coffee with, coffee was great just the donut didn't live up to being tasty and sweet.

Went here yesterday last night and the lady at the front seemed to be in a bad mood plus ignored us for a while and then made one error. I understand why because it was really hot in there. You guys need to fix the air conditioning I feel bad for the employees. Otherwise the doughnuts, coffee, and kolache were delicious!
