I went there to have some ice cream with my family a few weeks ago. Their mango ice cream tastes super good and they have some sugar free options, which is nice and not something I see very often. The place is small with few tables, so it can get crowded quickly, one thing I noticed is that the tables and floor could be cleaned more often, it was very sticky, and there were pieces of food left by other customers, I had to grab some napkins and clean the table a little so it wasn't too uncomfortable, since the place is small and there are a lot of people it can get dirty quickly, and they need to pay attention to those details

I had a tostada gigante like I've had many times but they changed to flavor of the chicken and it wasn't my taste. I'll have to order something else now.

For the price, you'd expect better. "Rainbow raspa" is only 2 colors/flavors, a big let down for kids. Tropical drink, only tastes like banana and strawberry smoothies we've purchased in the past were watered down. I used to like it here, but quality has gone down. Plus the floor is dirty and sticky. ? I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this place let us down.

I liked the tostadas siberia. Loved the raspas. Recently I loved the agua de orchata, so creamy and the right sweetness!! ✅️

Today was my first and last time in that place... I asked for my food without some ingredients that I can't consume and apparently they didn't care and they gave it to me as they wanted and the food was 0% fresh. Disappointing! I realized it when I opened my food at home :(

Decided to get myself and parents a snack before heading back home, noticeable annoyance and eye roll from cashier. If you didn't feel like working or helping me out with the snacks I was asking for you could have just said it. Made me question if you messed with the regular sundae ? you decided to fix in the kitchen. Mangonada style smoothie. Plain raspy. And then you ignored me while I waited for that sundae. Fudge you to.

We ordered 3 raspas and the woman only gave us 2. I’ve never seen her there, my guess is she’s new. But we repeatedly told her what we wanted because she couldn’t understand. And they still wanted to charge us for the 3rd one for her mistake!!!
