I posted this here because La Paletera’s “contact us” website tab is not working. We were kicked out of the Zapata location before closing time after spending over $50 in food and snacks. It was 10:21 PM when we walked out. After being in line for at least 10 minutes, the cashier never let us know our turn was next until one of us spoke up and asked her. It may have been that she was new and needs training but this seems incredibly rude.
