La tostada gigante is my favorite and la agua tropical is the most delicious drink I have tasted! It's loaded with different kinds of fruits! I've yet to try the Mexican hotdog, that next on my agenda. Visit La Paletera Ice-cream,its next to Theos Barber Shop on Springfield St.

Checked it out on September 27th, the place was clean, had customers eating, service was fast and courteous, the environment was clean and pleasantly cool. The snacks we ordered were pretty good, sorry ate the frito pie.

The service is matched only with the delicious food here. I come and get chicken salad every week for my grandma because she loves it. She says its very easy for her to eat because they grind it up real good and it doesn’t have alot of salt. The staff is very friendly and hard working. They have alot of tasty treats that accommodate any palate at reasonable prices. i would highly recommend trying this place if you have never been here or are from out of town.

Costumer service is very important to me. I came in every thing looked very clean other than the floors, it’s understandable. I couldn’t help to ignore this lady that was being rude to the employees and customers. She was literally screaming at a young boy to get away, who tried helping her organize the ice cream. And she was just rolling her eyes at this costumer while she placed an order. This other costumer tried canceling an order before being charged and she screamed at her “do you want it or not?” I was in shock. Some costumers asked for the receipt and she told them the machine didn’t print. I know sometimes it’s very tiring to work full time but as a customer it’s very important to get great customer service, we are paying for it. I don’t have nothing to write about the food or snacks every thing is clean and great prices just this employee that made me overthink to place another order because her attitude was to much. I’m not saying she’s the bad apple but maybe hiding her in the back would be better. She looks like she’s a very good supervisor tbh.

I enjoy this place so much! I always get a Torta de ternera and my friend always goes for the Torta de milanesa. They are both so delicious! With the combo you get a drink and a choice of chips or fruit on the side. All the “aguas” here are so tasty! You can find many options of snacks and ice cream and other food items on the menu. The staff is always attentive and kind and quick! I recommend this place if you’re looking for sweets or an entire meal! Plus, the place is so cute and colorful, they even have seating outside if you prefer. #snacks #laredo

Ordered snacks and tostadas and the cashier was being super stubborn and rude of not putting the hot sauce in the side so my tostadas wouldn’t be awadas. It’s fine but I feel like it didn’t take much to put the hot sauce in a cup. Other than that food is good
