Siberia was recommended by some friends who lived in Laredo. The really dang its praises. We had the Ternera (Veal) and Pechuga (chicken breast) tostados along with the sopa fideo. I felt like the meat could have had more flavor. The portions weren't too bad but the prices were higher than expected for Mexican food. We did have Mexican cokes which we always enjoy. The fideo soup was good. Parking was difficult even with the place being empty. With so many other Mexican restaurants...
I will say walking in and seeing an empty restaurant I was kind of hesitant to stay and eat, but I’m glad we did. The food was great! While we were there they had several people came and picked up food, and ordered over the phone. Parking was a little confusing, but we will definitely stop by again when we’re in town.
If you're just travelin' by, this hidden gem is a must try. TACOS & TOSTADAS de pollo are absolutely delicious! Owned by Mr. Marce Hinojosa, an incredible musician who's been playing the Saxophone since the early 60's and can still Rock'n Roll to this day!
