I've lived here for three years, and here soon, I'll be leaving. I'm a bit disappointed with myself that I hadn't tried this place sooner. In a city where good Mexican food can be had at multiple places, it's no doubt difficult to stand out, but let me tell you LABistro has. I think I may have had the best tacos since I've been here just now (ribeye tacos), honestly top three since ive been alive. At first I went for some fries (basket of fries) as a light snack but after I was suprised by the fries i had to order a full meal. The fries are made almost exactly like my grandmother and mom made when I was a kid, I haven't been anywhere as an adult that have made them like this and I'll be stopping by for more very soon. After having two knockout items, im almost certain everything else will be as good, maybe even better. Don't be like me and try for yourself, you'll be happy you did. I wish this business and the cooks the best and hope others experience what I did. LABistro you for real need to charge more for those tacos at least $20.

You can order anything on the menu and LaBistro will not disappoint. Everything is made to order and is always fresh. My personal favorite is the Ribeye Tacos. The food is good enough to be in a high-end restaurant in the convenience of a food truck.
Food is delicious here. We tried the Ahi Tuna Burger , the Grilled Salmon Tacos and Ribeye loaded Nachos. AMAZING 😋🤤 and..... SERVICE IS ON POINT👏🏻 🙌🏻 👌🏻 ❤️ Congratulations 🙌🏻

Chef Lou Rocks! My friends and I were in town from Vegas and looking for local food. We tried Livi’s Mexicue but they were closed for the day due to an appliance problem. We were sent over to LaBistro and it did not disappoint. I had the steak tacos and they were amazing. The Oaxaca cheese on them put it over the top. The meat was seasoned so well and cooked to perfection. 10/10 recommend would definitely go back.

Just came to town for work and seen this spot and decided to give it a try. Chef Lou is a good down to earth kinda guy. Very personable even told us his story. The food was out of this world. My wife and I shared an order of ribeye tacos and an order of ribeye loaded fries. Between Chef Lou and the food it was such a good meal. If you haven’t tried La Bistro you’re missing out. Big thank you to Chef Lou for also pointing us in the right direction for more fantastic food to try tomorrow! See you next time….
