DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN INVERNESS FL! Went in this morning and the girl behind the counter with colored hair just looked at me without acknowledging me. When I asked for 6 tacos she rolled her eyes and said “aww man really?” I asked why, thinking she didn’t have the ingredients or something like that, but she had the audacity to simply say, “because I don’t feel like it! I really don’t want to if I don’t have to!” I was shocked and just walked out. That is unacceptable and the store managers and corporate needs to know that is how their employees work and how they speak to customers. Will never return again and will never recommend this place to anyone.

I placed an order this morning to be delivered via door dash at 430 pm.... the people at the restaurant made the order immediately and told the dasher they could not remake it when she arrived to pick up my food.
The Manager was very rude, inconsiderate and not helpful at all. It was not my fault the people at the restaurant made the order when it was placed and didn't read the fact it was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon.

I've ordered here through Doordash three times so far, and the food is always delicious. Just had some pork and chicken tamales today, and they are yummy too. Smaller than I expected, but i appreciate less calories. Great prices and great delivery. Plan on stopping in at Speedway soon.

They gave me tacos I didn't order and then refused to refund me. I asked for 3 "only bean" tacos and they gave me bean and chorizo. I don't eat pork or beef, so I went back and told the lady and she said she gave me chorizo because she didn't have bean. (I wasn't supervising her make the tacos obviously) Then she said she would give me tacos of something else instead, but at that point I didn't want anything nor could I eat anything else because of gut issues, and they refused to give me a refund. So thanks, you gave me something I didn't order and refused to give me my money back. I asked the cashier to give them away and I ended up giving them to the homeless guy getting a soda. Thanks! Hope those $6 helps your business, stripes, it seems like you really needed it.
This Laredo Taco needs to retrain the workers on food prep. The tacos are still good. There's truck parking across the street also.
