I get an email that order is ready. Email says ask cashier and give them the number: your pizza is ready!!! . I go to cashier and give him the number he responds " if it's not in the bin it's not ready " and walks away to the back.

I went and ordered at 8:13 PM and asked for a certain pizza and said they couldn't do my pizza since they were gonna "close" soon. Supposedly they close at either 10 or 11 and never have classics to go ready, had to wait 15 minutes.

Only TODAY I called 18 times because they hang up the phone and don't answer, I ask here because it is obviously the closest, one thing is that they don't answer and another thing is that they keep hanging up the phone. I do not understand the need for every business to do everything digital, if a telephone number is being provided it is because the service is also provided by telephone.

I was left 20 minutes standing there no one took my order so I left .like do I need to shout at you to take my order and do your job?pay attention and be aware.

Terrible service, every time I order they deliver the order wrong, they are not responsible for the error and they cut the pizza badly, the majority of employees are young, almost children and they should have more supervision at work, they have a bad attitude and they lack a lot of cleanliness Within the business the employees are rude, not all of them but the majority I see many complaints about this business and they are all right.

Rude staff yelled at my partner that if he peed the bathroom would be cleaned, they didn't let him use it and he had an accident for not allowing him to use the bathroom bad people
