We have always liked all the food there but now I tried the fries and the truth is they look like golden sticks, there was no potato at all, I hope they can improve them

A great atmosphere, everything we tried was delicious and the service was top-notch. Mauricio was very responsive to accommodating my wife's dietary restrictions and prepared something special for her to her satisfaction.
I accepted the recommendation of the duck enmoladas which I thought might be heavy but it was a pleasant surprise. Delicate, with blue corn.

Been here twice already and it never failed me and my partner with our expectations. This is one of the best restaurants in Laredo. Also the prices are reasonable. The presentation is perfect. Everyone is friendly and gives outstanding customer service. For this 3 meals with 3 coke in glass we paid $63.

Once more, Lolita's Bistro was very satisfying. The food was excellent and the two cocktail drinks that we had were delicious. Lolita's Sangria and the Cucumber Martini.I do have to say that our waiter seemed to be in a very bad mood. Didn't even greet us with a "good afternoon ". He straight up just got to our table and asked what we wanted to drink. I had to look for him to get another martini and some water. The. Look for him to get some bread. It was our anniversary and was looking forward to a nice dessert. He came and dropped the check after they picked up our plates.Shame...But Lolita's is still one of the best restaurants in Laredo, so we will definitely keep coming back. We'll make sure to ask for another waiter if we get the same one.

First arriving atmosphere nice the picture on the walls fit the bistro style. We sat down and were offered drinks. So far so good until we wait for about 8min to get our menu. A couple came after us and they were given their drinks and menu. I hadn’t noticed what the waiter was doing or why she took a while but she said she had forgotten. No problem we ordered and waited. It took our food a minimum of 50 min to an hour arrive. I know it might sound like a ridiculous amount but my siblings had enough time to go next door and buy pastrys. We had ordered the angus burger, cornflakes chicken sandwich, and the 3hour red wine short rib. When I saw my plate which was the short rib I noticed the asparagus was still raw. The meat was warm and flavorless. It tasted as if the meat was in a slow cooker with no red wine. The mashed potatoes, mushrooms, and red wine sauce were what carried that dish. Surprisingly the angus burger was better than the 25 dollar short rib. Our waitress never used a note pad to get our order and had to double back and ask for one of our orders. She was busy at the expedite window waiting for others peoples orders while we waited for a refill. So we had to ask another waiter for our refill. I know the bistros has no fault over bad service but they do have the fault on how the food comes out.
