Last time I had eaten here was ordered delivered and food was a little undercooked. Decided to give it another shot dining in and it was absolutely perfect, everything from jalapeno poppers to the seared bass and banana cajeta crepes were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. I had the chicken sandwich off the main course menu. It was nauseating. The chicken was rubbery and tasteless. It also comes slathered in a spicy sauce that combines with pickles inside the sandwich to give it a sour and wet flavor to an already disappointing sandwich. Restaurant is small and crowded. You risk getting your shoulders bumped into. Menu options are limited and overall pretentious. Service was scarce.

Mauricio was very responsive to accommodating my wife's dietary restrictions and prepared something special for her to her satisfaction. I accepted the recommendation of the duck enmoladas which I thought might be heavy but it was a pleasant surprise. Delicate, with blue corn.
