Excellent Mexican breakfast. South Texas Barbacoa as good as it gets. Ordered the plate with eggs prepared perfect. Beans have great flavor, flour tortillas Excellent. Counter service always on top of things. Ranch theme with many patrons working in the ranching industry, including many cowboys. Restaurant showcased on PBS by Chef Pati Jinich from Mexico City.

We been there before. Excellent serve, but today it was bad. Servers kept looking at us but nobody would approach us to take our order. Not until we went and ask the cashier if she could send someone to take our orderEven I had to go up front to get my coffee refill.
