Customer service was horrible, I called asking for help because my cake was split in half and the lady that answered the phone was so rude. She told me with an attitude that I can’t expect her to help me since she was busy with orders and when I asked if I could talk to someone she said that the owner was gone and when I asked if she was gonna come back soon or maybe another day she hung up on me.

the one on Springfield is so bad. every pastry or bread I've had (Cuerno, teleras, cupcakes, cookies, etc.) felt stale and tasted bland and really dry. yall need to improve. the price is also too expensive for such low quality bread.

Im not much of a pastry person, but i have a select few that i enjoy. I recently tried their Rosca de Reyes and I am SO impressed. Its the perfect balance and flavor! Will be recommending and ordering Rosca here (never even cared for Rosca prior) as well as other sweets when craving.

P.S. the Rosca was “MIXTO.”
